কোনো warranty নেই

এই service এবং সব generated outputs as-is এবং as-available দেওয়া হয়, কোনো ধরনের express বা implied warranty ছাড়া। আমরা availability, correctness, কোনো নির্দিষ্ট purpose-এর fitness, uninterrupted operation, অথবা আপনার systems-এর compatibility promise করি না।

কোনো liability নেই

Downtime, outages, degraded performance, broken links, cache behavior, lost data, corrupted objects, third-party provider failures, অথবা service ব্যবহারের ফলে direct বা indirect damages-এর জন্য আমরা দায়ী নই।

Production-এ এই avatars-এর উপর নির্ভর করলে আপনার নিজস্ব fallback behavior, caching strategy এবং availability plan implement করা উচিত।

Acceptable use

Infrastructure overload, rate limits বা cache controls bypass, abusive traffic patterns test, অথবা persistence feature দিয়ে illegal material store করার জন্য service ব্যবহার করবেন না।

Changes

আমরা public service যেকোনো সময় notice ছাড়াই change, limit, suspend, বা discontinue করতে পারি। Service evolve হলে public endpoints, output details, বা operational limits বদলাতে পারে।
