આ service અને બધા generated outputs as-is અને as-available આપવામાં આવે છે, કોઈ warranty વિના. અમે availability, correctness, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation અથવા compatibility with your systems ની ગેરંટી આપતા નથી.
No Liability
Service ના ઉપયોગથી થતા downtime, outages, degraded performance, broken links, cache behavior, lost data, corrupted objects, third-party provider failures અથવા direct/indirect damages માટે અમે જવાબદાર નથી.
જો તમે production માં આ avatars પર નિર્ભર છો, તો તમારે પોતાનું fallback behavior, caching strategy અને availability plan implement કરવું જોઈએ.
Acceptable Use
Service નો ઉપયોગ infrastructure overload કરવા, rate limits અથવા cache controls bypass કરવા, abusive traffic patterns test કરવા અથવા persistence features દ્વારા illegal material store કરવા માટે ન કરો.
ફેરફારો
અમે public service ને કોઈપણ સમયે notice વિના change, limit, suspend અથવા discontinue કરી શકીએ છીએ. Service evolve થાય તેમ public endpoints, output details અથવા operational limits બદલાઈ શકે છે.
